We are raising funds for a friend who has had a few curve balls thrown at her
Beth has worked through and survived 2 bouts of breast cancer, 13 weeks of chemo where she lost all her hair, given the all clear to be diagnosed with a brain tumour
She is only 40 years of age with 2 gorgeous daughters 21 and 16 years of age
Beth runs her own business but it struggling at the moment to make ends meet due to seizures and general life struggles
We have set up a bank account in her honour - initially without her knowledge, because she would never ask for any help or any assistance at all – so her friends and their friends etc., have all got together to help ease the financial burden where we can

We will be offering all sorts of items for auction with all profit being deposited into the Because I Care bank account and used to pay her outstanding rent, re-connect her phones, get her some additional medication and whatever else she needs at the moment
When we reach our goals and we use the funds to assist Beth we will post updates on Facebook so everyone can see how their money is being spent

Different items will be put up each week for auction – each auction will start on a Monday and finish on the following Sunday at 5pm
It will be up to the person bidding and the person who won the item to arrange delivery/collection
Funds are to be deposited direct into the Because I Care bank account from the successful bidder and we will advise both parties when the funds have been cleared in the bank account
